  Dear Glenridge Community,

In an effort to better meet the needs of our students, parents, and staff, the School Advisory Committee (SAC) is asking you to complete this brief survey. The survey will give us direct communication based on your comments and feedback.

The survey results will be made public; however, your name and information will remain anonymous. All comments will be shared with the principal and other people directly involved with this process.

We value your opinions, and this instrument will be used in preparation for the 2011-2012 school year. Please take the time to answer the questions and provide comments as needed.
