Each of the following statements, in essence, represent a work standard or performance goal we have for our credit union examination program, people, process, and product. They also represent what we think are your expectations of us for the examination program.
Please enter in the space preceding each statement the number that corresponds with your opinion of how well we met expectations, and how well you think we did in meeting work standards and performance goals.

Rating Scale
- Select “no opinion” when you have no opinion, the characteristic was “not observed,” or the item is “not applicable” to the recently completed examination.
- Select “strongly agree” when you strongly agree with the statement and/or think we did an “excellent” job, i.e. ideal or very nearly so.
- Select “agree” when you agree with the statement and/or think we did a “good” job, i.e. fully acceptable but with some room for modest improvement.
- Select “disagree” when you disagree with the statement and/or think we did only a “fair” job, i.e. not fully acceptable with room for considerable improvement.
- Select “strongly disagree” when you strongly disagree with the statement and/or think we did a “poor” job, i.e. unacceptable and in immediate need of substantial improvement.
