I am a Marketing Professor conducting a validation study with respect to e-retail websites. I shall be grateful if you could devote around 10 minutes to fill this questionnaire. Kindly note that this is a completely anonymous survey; it doesn't seek any information through which you could be identified.

Very important notes:

1. Please answer all of the ensuing questions keeping in mind only one e-retailer site with which you are very familiar. (For example, if you are very familiar with snapdeal.com, all questions need to be answered keeping snapdeal only in mind, even though you may have made purchases from other sites.)

2. Please fill the questionnaire only if you have personally made at-least one purchase from the e-retailer site.

In order to maintain consistency, please chose a convenient time and fill the questionnaire in a single session.
