organization, image and voice) is collected by the Civil Society Development
Foundation (Fundatia pentru Dezvoltarea Societatii Civile – FDSC), Batory Foundation, Solidarna and CNVOS - Center za informiranje, sodelovanje in razvoj nevladnih organizacij as data
operators and organizers of this meeting. The data is collected for the purpose
of your participation, for reporting the achieved results and for statistical
purpose, in compliance with the legal provisions in force. This personal data
between the operator and third parties may be disclosed to independent auditors
and to representatives of the EEA and Norway Grants as a funding institution,
as well as to the auditors demanded by these parties.
The processing period of your personal data is
15 years. With regard to the processing of your personal data, we inform you
that you have the following rights : the rights of access, the right of
rectification, the right of removal, the right to restrict the processing, the
right of opposition, as well as the right of portability.
